The things we do.

So this weekend we had a fabulous time setting up the gorgeous Dana Giddens Wedding at the Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas. More amazing images to follow soon, I promise.
However, I couldn't not mention our lovely fountain canopy, designed specifically for shade on our Hydrangea Orb.
The Hydrangea held up beautifully for the evening ceremony.

Valentine's 2010

It's that time of year again...Cherubs are in the heavens singing love songs!
Need some ideas for that loved one? Brave the Snow, bundle up, and come visit our shop.

What are the odds that it snows this week? Apparently higher than we thought:)

Want to surprise the man in your life? Gift him with this dramatic ceramic vase overflowing with Bromeliads and English Ivy. One of a kind, and only found in our Showroom.

A twelve piece truffle package made by a local chocolatier who was voted best chocolates by D Magazine. This unique assortment has six "sweet" flavors similar to candied carrot and candied ginger, and six "Dude" flavors such fresh mint, dried pear, basil, and rosemary salt.

We are now carrying local art!!! Stephen Kenneth Hackley is the master of this brilliant piece entitled Deep Blue Dance, it's on sale for $3,700.00. Other works of his are on display at our store.

These fabulous pots are made by another local artist, Lucia Guerriero. She's hand-painted these beauties, each pot is unique, complete with a different version of "I love you". The pictures don't do these pots justice. How precious to fill a pot with your favorite floral, and present to your loved one. You can't go wrong!

Couldn't help but share this picture of our unique plant pots. Paired with Maidenhair Fern, the texture becomes the key element here...these three-dimensional beauties are a must for your Spring decor.
Check out our website for more great fresh floral ideas!!

Bulbs and Birch!

So this year, I got inspired to use alot of fresh, pre-sprouted bulbs as accents in decor for my Christmas Clients. Very earthy, and economically appealing. So, we created an installation around her Santa. This guy was so real looking, that I actually had to touch him. Birch Logs, piles of Bulbs and a variety of fresh plants made this vignette warm and cozy.

Her mantle was understated with a long massing of Bulbs, and two designs of Magnolia foliage and submerged Crab apples. Her elegant trees filled in the space between the arrangements, and added a touch glamour to the organic vibe.

The Dining Room Table was going to be used for the buffet, for her large party. We kept things really simple, carrying over the bulb and Birch theme, along with a pairing of silver Dusty Miller and Brunia Berries. It looked fantastic!!
